These terms apply to all offers and services by Human Studio. Services are offered to businesses, self-employed professionals and organizations (B2B), not to consumers.
The €1,000 flat-price website package includes: a custom-designed website with up to 5 pages (e.g. home, services, team, contact), responsive design for all devices, copywriting based on your bullet points, a contact / appointment enquiry feature, technical SEO basics, Google Business Profile setup, domain and hosting setup, and legal/privacy pages.
Not included: logo design, additional languages, pages beyond 5, online shops, and ongoing content maintenance (see support plan). Add-ons are quoted transparently in advance.
1. Human Studio builds a free, non-binding demo preview. 2. The demo is refined in feedback rounds. 3. Only after your explicit approval is the flat price invoiced. 4. Upon full payment, handover takes place: go-live on your domain and delivery of all credentials.
Until full payment, all rights in the design and implementation remain with Human Studio; the demo may not be used outside the preview. If you don't like the demo, you owe nothing.
Upon full payment you receive unrestricted rights of use in the delivered website, including all content and credentials. The website and domain belong to you. Human Studio may reference the finished website in its portfolio unless you object.
The optional support plan (€120 in year one, €240/year thereafter) includes up to 52 changes per year — about one per week (fair use; unused changes expire and do not roll over). Changes are requested via chat or message and are usually implemented the same business day, at the latest within 3 business days. Larger rebuilds (full redesigns, new functional modules) are not "changes" under the plan and are quoted separately. The plan does not auto-renew; renewal is offered in good time.
You provide the required content (bullet points, images, business details) and confirm that you hold the necessary rights in supplied material. You are responsible for the factual accuracy of supplied information (e.g. opening hours, prices, medical claims).
Hosting runs on modern cloud infrastructure (currently Cloudflare) and is typically free of charge permanently; the only recurring cost is your own domain (about €10–15/year), billed by your domain registrar and owned by you. Availability of third-party infrastructure cannot be guaranteed; Human Studio will work to resolve any disruption as quickly as possible.
Human Studio builds your website with great care. Defects reported within 30 days of handover are fixed free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, lost profits and indirect damages is excluded; in any case liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement. Liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction — where permissible — is the seat of Human Studio. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
